PLEASE READ BELOW FOR ORDERING INFORMATION AND TERM OF SERVICES.
By entrusting me, you agree to pay for my services, expertise and time. You also agree to accept all of my terms of serviceI WON'T DRAW, TRACE OR COPY AN EXACT REPLICA OF ANOTHER ARTIST OR STREAMER EMOTE.
▸ 1. Payment Info
All prices are expressed in** EUR (€)** and only through Paypal;
Payments are made in full before I start the commission to ensure your place in the queue.
Work will not be started unless payment has been received.
An invoice is sent to your paypal once everything is agreed upon.
Please DO NOT chargeback. If you do so, the claim will be disputed and if it’s a large amount, I will pursue legal action.There are no refunds.You are paying for my time and for my work, so be sure you want to order a commission before place it because there are not refunds.
▸ 2. Comission Info
When requesting commission, please provide as much information as possible, including references, ideas, links and any other details;
Please provide reference picture links (Imgur, Gyazo, Twitter, Facebook or instagram only), details on what you want in your emotes/badges/commission ETC.Please do not entrust me without knowing what you want;You can request free and unlimited minor modifications before I complete the commission;
You can request updates and information about commissions during the development phase;
If you have a deadline, please let me know so that I can confirm that it can be completed;
If you decide to change the entire concept after the drafting stage or edit the final commission after delivery, additional fees will be charged;
Remember, I divide my time between streaming, freelance and work.Please do not send spam to my DM or remind me.If no deadline is given, please be patient. Depending on my workload and your position on the waiting list, graphics may take up to 1-3 weeks.
Upon completion, a 300dpi .png file will be sent. Original documents are only available on request and additional fees will be charged;
I reserve the right to reject your commission for any reason I think fit, and adjust the price of the commission when I think it is necessary.
▸ 3. Copyright / Usage policy
-Commissions are for personal and non-commercial purposes only, unless otherwise stated;
-Otherwise, If I do not agree, emoji and artwork (logos, etc.) shall not be used for merchandise or sold under any circumstances;
-Commercial rights for merchandise and resale must be discussed in advance and additional fees will be charged;
-Please don't claim that my work belongs to you and take credit for it;
-Do not sell, edit, track or forward my work without my consent;
-Unless you are a commissioner, please do not use any of my commissioned works;The commissioner are allowed to;Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.
If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.The following is considered Copyright infringement:Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. [Unless stated and agreed upon with the commissioner]
Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
Removing any watermarks/signatures.
altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.
▸ 4. Cancelling / Refunding Policy
There are no refunds.** I have the right to cancel and refund the money for you commission at any time.**
You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment are received.
If money has not been sent yet the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.You are forbidden to ever commission me ever again.
Your name will be publicly noted for other artists to watch out for.
I also have every right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money you have given me.
Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.
